There are two elephant back safaris available, one in the morning and other in afternoon. The Elephant Safari begins with a pickup from your accommodation and transfer to the elephant at Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Here you are introduced to the elephant with which you will be having safari and opportunity to get acquainted with the elephant. The safari is lead by the professional guide.
The ride leads to the bushes and valley of the Masuwe River, which accommodates numerous species of wildlife which include wild elephants, kudu, buffalo, impala, leopard, lions etc. You get an opportunity to view more than 50 species of the birds, during the trail hippo and crocodiles are also very common along the Zambezi River.
